Bring to a boil at least 1/2 liter of water.
Pour the water into an inhaler or another container.
Add 1 to 2 tablets. It is recommended to break the tablet and make sure the water is simmering to ensure complete dissolution of the tablet.
Breathe in the warm, moist vapors from a distance of 20 cm (approximately) for 10 minutes. Blow your nose regularly.
To carry out inhalation with the effervescent tablets Humer 3 times per day (maximum) during 3 days.

Use the medical device away from open flames.
The product, in direct contact with the eyes, may cause irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes.
Keep your face about 20 cm away to avoid skin irritation from hot water vapor.
Wash hands thoroughly after use.
The tablets are brittle due to the presence of large quantities of essential oils. Any breakage of the tablets does not affect their effectiveness or the safety of the medical device.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
