Description: A unique formula in case of cough for the whole family! The syrup ACTIRUB®, with the taste of cherry-griotte, is a medical device containing extracts of plants such as the lanceolate Plantain, the Ivy, the white Marrube, the Droséra and the Honey of Eucalyptus. It is indicated for the treatment of dry and oily cough inadults and children from 1 year.
The combination of Eucalyptus Honey, Marrube, Drosera & Plantain provides a soothing effect during dry coughs thanks to the emollient and protective action of these plant extracts against external agents. They allow an action on the irritated mucosa by forming a film that protects it during contact with external irritating agents.Ivy helps to regulate the fluidity of mucus in case of oily cough by liquefying the mucus and thus promoting its expectoration, thus reducing the stimulation of cough.
Directions for use:
Shake the bottle before use. Can be diluted in a drink or any other liquid to drink according to preference.
- Children from 1 to 4 years: 5ml, twice a day.
- Children over 4 years: 10ml, twice a day.
- Adults: 10ml, 3 times a day.
Composition:
FUNCTIONAL SUBSTANCES: Eucalyptus honey, dry extract of Marrubiumvulgare (Marrubium vulgare) herb and flowers, dry extract of Drosera(Drosera rotundifolia) herb and flowers, dry extract of Ivy(Hedera helix) leaves titrated to 10% hederacosides C, dry extract of Plantain lanceolata(Plantago lanceolata) leaves titrated to 5% total phenols and 1% verbacosides. Also contains: fructose; water; cherry juice; citric acid; xanthan gum; flavour.
PRECAUTIONS: FOOD SUPPLEMENT.
Oral use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any of its components. Inform your doctor or pharmacist of any undesirable effects that may occur following the use of ACTIRUB®. The product should be taken during pregnancy and lactation only if there is a real need and no valid therapeutic alternative, and only after consulting the doctor and assessing the benefit/risk ratio. The product can be used in children from 1 year of age. However, it is advisable to consult a physician before use in children aged 1 to 3 years. Consult a physician if symptoms persist. Do not use the product if the packaging, when first opened, is damaged or not perfectly intact. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging and the bottle. Do not exceed 30 days of use. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of dyspnea, fever or purulent sputum. It is essential to seek the advice of a doctor before use in the event of concomitant use of a cough suppressant containing opiates such as codeine or dextromethorphan. In case of gastritis or gastric ulcer, seek the advice of your physician before use.
