1 capsule morning and evening (400 mg of pilosella extract per day) to be taken with a large glass of water. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This small perennial plant only likes dry, sunny soil, where it multiplies by raising its soft yellow flower heads. The word "pilosella" (from the Greek pilos, hair) evokes the fine down, characteristic of plants adapted to drought, which covers its rounded leaves and earns it the nickname "Mouse-ear".
