Situations to avoid:
Sitting or standing for too long, trampling, wearing tight clothing (tight trousers, boots), shoes with heels that are too low or too high, exposure of the legs to the sun or to sources of heat, excessive weight gain, and avoiding foods that are known to promote congestion of the veins: alcohol, spices, coffee, tea, tobacco.
Tips:
Elevate the legs whenever possible, especially at night in bed, practice regular physical activity (brisk walking, swimming, gymnastics, cycling), shower the legs with cold water, massage them and wear stockings, tights or support socks.

1:10 tincture of thorny fragon
Tincture of horse chestnut 1:10
Tincture of Hydrastis 1:10
Tincture of Viburnum 1:10
Noted excipient: ethanol
Posology
To be taken with a little water, before meals. To be taken orally.
Adults
20 to 25 drops twice a day.
