Syntholkiné Heating Patches have been designed to relieve muscle pain through heat: thermotherapy, an effective and natural solution used regularly by physiotherapists.
1- Remove the protective film from the patch.
2- Apply the adhesive side directly to clean, dry skin in the painful area (lower back, shoulders, neck, etc.), pressing firmly.
3- The patch starts to heat up after a few minutes and provides long-lasting heat.
4- Remove the patch by gently lifting one end.
Do not open the bag until you are ready to use it
There is no need to shake the patch
Do not use the patch for more than 8 hours on the same area in a 24-hour period.
Do not use more than one patch per day on the same area.
The patches contain heating agents (iron, activated charcoal, water...) which produce heat on contact with the air.
Do not use the Syntholkiné heating patch:
- If you have ever had an allergic reaction to a heating patch.
- On an area where the heat cannot be felt or on damaged skin.
- In children under 12 years of age or in people who cannot remove the patch themselves.
- On bruises or bumps within 48 hours of injury.
Ask your doctor for advice before using this product in the following cases:
- If you are over 65 years old as your skin may be more sensitive and delicate.
- Poor blood circulation. (example: heart failure)
- Pregnancy.
- Nervous problems. (example: loss of sensitivity due to diabetes)
- Rheumatoid arthritis.
- Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis or very fragile or sensitive skin.
