WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE TAKING BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet
If your doctor has informed you of an intolerance to certain sugars, contact him or her before taking this medicine.
Never use BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet:
If you are allergic to the active substance or to any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product, as mentioned in section 6.
Warnings and precautions
This medicine should not be used in patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases).

Other medicines and BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or may take any other medicines.
BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet with food, drink and alcohol

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
This medicine should not be used during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you might be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicineor pharmacist before taking this medicine.
Driving and using machines
The effect of biotin on the ability to drive and use machines has not been studied, but there is no evidence to suggest that biotin may impair these abilities.
BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet contains lactose.
HOW TO TAKE BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet
Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Dosage
FOR ADULTS ONLY.
3 tablets a day for 6 weeks.
Method of administration
Take by mouth.
The tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water.
If you have taken more BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet than you should have:
No specific risk of biotin overdose has been described.
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS?
Like all medicines, this medicine may cause side effects, but they do not always occur in everyone.
Allergic skin reactions (itching, rash, urticaria, oedema) have been reported.

HOW TO USE BIOTINE BAYER 5 mg, tablet?
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the box after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
No special storage precautions.
Do not dispose of any medication down the drain or in your regular garbage. Ask your pharmacist to dispose of medications you no longer use. This will help protect the environment
