Certified Organic Agriculture, Echinacea Phytostandard guarantees that at least 95% of its ingredients are ORGANIC.
A patented extraction process
Each plant can contain up to 250 compounds in its cells. All these compounds together form the plant's totality.
Not all plant extracts are equal: the extraction process is a key factor in preserving the fullness of the plant's compounds.
PhytoPrevent food supplements benefit from an extraction method that allows to restore a maximum of the plant's compounds
Echinacea roots are frozen after harvesting so that the compounds are preserved. The roots are then ground and extracted using the patented Phytostandard process, which is known for its ability to preserve the integrity of the plant's compounds.
The Echinacea extract obtained is alcohol-free. It is then freeze-dried, i.e. dehydrated cold to be put in a vegetal capsule.
History : Echinacea is a plant that has always been used in North America, and for a century in Europe. The Amerindians were the first to use it for various ailments: wounds, venereal diseases, fevers, snake bites. In the 19th century, the colonists also adopted it and traded it. Introduced in Europe around 1895, its use spread there in the treatment of multiple ailments.
