Cannabis is an illegal drug, consumed by a relatively young population. It comes in different forms (weed, resin, oil) and has a psychoactive action. The effects of cannabis use vary from person to person and according to the amount used: exhilaration, ecstasy, sleep, mental disorders, loss of intellectual faculties, mood swings...
THC can be detected in the urine within a period of time that depends on the degree of consumption:
- 1 to 3 days for an isolated consumption,
- 8 to 12 days for regular use,
- up to 30 days for heavy use.
The Exacto cannabis urine test, like most urine toxicity tests, uses simple immunological techniques. It is a rapid, accurate and 99% reliable screening method.
Please note that this urine test provides only a preliminary analytical result. An alternative chemical method will need to be used to confirm the result that is displayed.

Precautions:
Please read all information in the package insert before performing the test.
- Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the foil pouch.
- Store in a dry place at temperatures between 2 and 30°C. Do not freeze.
- Do not use the test if the pouch is torn or damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not open the test pouch until you are ready to use it.
- Used tests should be disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
Instructions for use
- Urinate in the container provided. Urine can be collected at any time of the day. Caution: Cloudy urine may cause the test to be inaccurate.
- Collect a urine sample with the pipette.
- Put 3 drops on the test. After opening, the test must be used within the hour.
- Read the result after 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.
Result
In case of a positive test, a coloured band appears in the control area (C). No band appears in the test area (T). This means that THC or one of its metabolites is present at or above the detection limits of the test.
If the test is negative, two coloured bands appear, one in the control (C) and one in the test (T) area. The fact that one band is lighter than the other does not affect the results. This means that THC or one of its metabolites is absent or present at a concentration below the detection limits of the test.
The result is invalid if no coloured band appears in the control (C) area, even if a band appears in the test (T) area. Repeat the procedure with a new test.
