The composition of Mag 2 Sleep contributes to the proper functioning of the body, to fall asleep more quickly, and spend better nights. This food supplement is divided into 2 types of tablets: sustained-release tablets and herbal tablets.
The sustained-release tablets consist of 2 layers, the first containing melatonin, magnesium and vitamin B6 in immediate release, and a second layer containing magnesium in sustained release for better assimilation:
- Magnesium is essential to the functioning of the body. It makes it possible to fight against nervousness by rebalancing the nervous system. The Mag 2 Sleep tablet provides the daily dose of marine magnesium for a global effect on nervousness.
- Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg before bedtime. These tablets contain 1.9 mg of melatonin.
- Vitamin B6 completes the action of magnesium for an effect on fatigue and nervousness.
The herbal tablets are made up of :
- Valerian, which helps to maintain a natural and quality sleep.
- California poppy, which helps to improve the quality of sleep, provides optimal relaxation and mental and physical well-being.
- Lemon balm, which completes this synergy for a natural sleep.
The plus of Mag2 Sommeil: Its two-layer technology allows a progressive and continuous release of magnesium for better assimilation
- First layer: immediate release of melatonin, magnesium, and vitamin B6.
