By mouth
Adults: 5 drops per day, in 2 or 3 doses, to be poured onto a neutral medium (honey, sugar, bread) or diluted in a little vegetable oil.

Botanical appearance
Thyme vulgaris with linalol is distinguished by very branched tufts, gathered between rocks. It grows mainly in mid-mountain areas where it tolerates atmospheric humidity and lower temperatures than in the plains.
