Apaisyl® Mosquito Repellent Daily Protection Lotion can be used by adults and children aged 12 months and over, as well as by pregnant and breastfeeding women3 in areas at risk of serious vector-borne diseases.
For nursing mothers, do not apply to the breasts and wash hands before breastfeeding.
How does this anti-mosquito product work?
The repellent substance contained in Apaisyl® Mosquito Repellent Daily Protection Lotion, called IR3535®, is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a repellent agent whose effectiveness has been proven in the laboratory and in the field6. By repelling insects, it provides protection in areas at risk of serious vector-borne diseases.
It is one of the possible gestures of protection against mosquito vectors of malaria, dengue, chikungunya and zika virus5.
Composition:
IR3535® (ethyl butylacetylaminopropionate): 20%, excipients (alcohol content 35% v/v).

Usage:
- Spray on all uncovered areas of the body (arms, legs and face).
- If using a sunscreen, apply the repellent after the sunscreen.
- Do not apply to children's hands.
- Do not spray directly on the face but on the hands, then apply the product to the cheeks and forehead. Then wash your hands.
- Do not exceed 1 application per day for children under 3 years of age, 2 applications per day for children under 10 years of age and 3 applications per day for adults.
- This product may alter plastics.

Precautions for use :
- CAUTION. Flammable liquid and vapors.
- Causes severe eye irritation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Read the label before use.
- Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and all other sources of ignition.
- Do not smoke.
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling this product.
- Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid release to the environment.
- IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER or doctor immediately.
- IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easily removable. Continue rinsing.
- Dispose of contents and container at an approved hazardous waste collection site in accordance with local, state, national and/or international regulations. In the case of packaging containing unused product, recycling will not be permitted.
- Keep away from food and drink, including animal feed.
- Do not use for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
- Travel to certain geographical areas or particular exposures requires medical consultation.
