Description:
DOSAGE:
The usual dosage is 1 drop in the eye or in both eyes to be treated, 3 to 4 times a day and up to 8 times a day in case of persistence.
Follow the dosage indicated by your doctor.
One single dose is enough to treat 2 eyes, so it is necessary to take a new single dose at the next application. For proper application, it is important to wash your hands thoroughly before use, not to touch the eye or any other surface with the tip of the unitidose, and not to use the unitidose if the cap appears broken before use.
After detaching and opening the unidose, the drop should be instilled into the eye, which is facilitated by pulling the lower eyelid downwards and looking upwards. Once instilled, discard the unidose. The administration can be repeated throughout the day as needed.
In case of persistent symptoms, notify your ophthalmologist, who will adapt the treatment if necessary.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
In case of allergy to polyvinyl alcohol and povidone or to one of the other components, Refresh eye drops is contraindicated.
If other eye drops are taken at the same time, it is necessary to wait 15 minutes between the two instillations. Always finish by administering the most viscous eye drops or product, in this case Refresh, as it may delay the penetration of other medications.
In case of doubt or if you are taking other medications, consult your doctor or pharmacist, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
After instilling Refresh, your vision may be blurred due to its viscosity. It is therefore recommended that you wait before driving until your vision has recovered.
