Description:
Magnesium intake can improve symptoms that suggest a deficiency. These are most often irritability, nervousness, mild anxiety, temporary fatigue, and minor sleep disorders. Other manifestations are often linked to anxiety such as palpitations (in the absence of cardiac pathology) or abdominal spasms. Tingling or muscle cramps may also suggest a magnesium deficiency.
The excipients of Spasmag are magnesium stearate, aspartam and an orange flavour. While the capsule shell consists of gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), indigotine (E 132).
DOSAGE:
Between the ages of 12 and 15, it will be appropriate to take between 2 and 6 capsules per day. For adults, the recommendation is 6 capsules per day divided into several doses and taken before or during meals.
The duration of treatment is 1 month. If necessary, the capsules can be opened before being mixed with a liquid.
CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Spasmag should not be taken if you know you are allergic to any of its components. Severe renal failure and phenylketonuria are contraindications to taking Spasmag.
If you are breast-feeding or pregnant, you should not take Spasmag and should only take it after consulting your doctor.
Spasmag contains aspartam.
