Directions for use UPSA Vitality Vitamin C 500 mg Fatigue Passagère Immune defenses 10 Sachets Doses

Children over 10 years: 1 sachet dose per day, to be melted in the mouth in the morning, during or after the meal.

Adults: 1 to 2 sachets doses per day, to melt in the mouth the morning, during or after the meal.
