Remember to change your protection regularly. Wash your hands before and after use. Wash menstrual pants before first use and after each use. Rinse with cold water. Machine wash at 40°C without bleach or fabric softener. Air dry. Do not iron. 3 steps to the correct hip measurement: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips. Note the measurement and refer to the chart below for your size.
