The blue surgical mask, made in France, is a medical device for protecting yourself and others during epidemics. It is part of the barrier measures to be adopted to limit the transmission of viruses.

An indispensable accessory in the fight against Covid, surgical masks are now available in a number of variations. Here, a surgical mask made in France! It's a disposable type IIR, 3-layer mask that complies with standard EN14683:2019+AC:2019. It offers 98% bacterial filtration efficiency. As a result, this surgical mask considerably reduces splashes of airway secretions and saliva droplets, the main vectors of viral particles. It also reduces the risk of inhalation, ensuring good protection of the respiratory tract.

Comfortable and breathable, this French surgical mask features 3 pleats and a nose clip for optimum fit on the face, reinforcing protection. Elastics are positioned behind the ears, for effective support and ease of daily use. The blue color of this medical mask makes it easy to put on, with the blue layer facing outwards. It is single-use and must be renewed every 4 hours, or as soon as it becomes soiled or damp.

Packaging offered on our online pharmacy for these surgical masks made in France: blue mask in boxes of 50 units.

Pharmacist's opinion on Masque Chirurgical Fabrication Française x50

On first use, check that the plastic bag is sealed. Before putting on your surgical mask, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, or with hydroalcoholic gel. Then proceed as follows:

Place the surgical mask on your face: clip at the top, white part facing the skin, elastic behind the ears.

Using your index fingers, adjust the nose clip to your body shape.

Make sure your surgical mask covers the top of your nose and the underside of your chin. If it doesn't fit properly, use another barrier mask.

Do not touch your mask or your face during use. Change your surgical mask every 4 hours, or as soon as it becomes soiled or wet. If you experience any skin reaction or discomfort while using this mask, remove it immediately. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

When removing the surgical mask, use the elastic bands to avoid contact with the outer surface. Then dispose of it in a closed waste garbage can and wash your hands thoroughly.

This surgical mask is neither washable nor reusable.
