HOW TO USE LISTERINE® ?

LISTERINE® FRESHER TASTE Lighter is used twice a day, morning and evening, in addition to brushing to clean the areas that your toothbrush does not reach.

  1. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes
  2. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons of 5ml) or 10ml (2 teaspoons of 5ml) for children aged 6 to 12 years
  3. Rinse for 30 seconds
  4. Spit out without rinsing

Use undiluted - Do not swallow - From 6 years old

FIRST USES OF LISTERINE® : INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

In order to gradually get used to the strength of LISTERINE®, linked to its essential oils, it is advisable to proceed in stages during the first uses.
