HOW TO USE LISTERINE® ?

LISTERINE® Freshness Intense is used twice a day, morning and evening, in addition to brushing to clean the areas that your toothbrush does not reach.

  1. Brush your teeth for 2 minutes
  2. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons of 5ml)
  3. Rinse for 30 seconds
  4. Spit out without rinsing
