EfferalganMed Pediatrique is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.
In addition to observing a rise in temperature on the thermometer, certain signs may indicate that your child has a fever:
- if he refuses to eat;
- disturbed sleep
- crying or sullenness;
- redness
- shivering;
- is hotter than usual.
The only way to confirm that your child has a fever is to take his temperature with a thermometer.
When pain bothers a child... Headache, toothache, sore throat, earache...A child's life will inevitably be strewn with little and big aches and pains. When he's very young, your child may find it hard to tell you that he's in pain, to say where the pain is coming from, or to describe its intensity. In addition to crying, here are a few signs that may suggest pain:
- grimacing or puckering the face
- refuses to be held or touched;
- refuses to eat;
- disturbed sleep;
- sullen, irritable or aggressive;
- stiffens the body;
- does not move or refuses to play;
- he constantly touches his ears.
