When filling the hot water bottle, do not use boiling water and fill the bottle to 2/3 or less. Hot tap water can also cause burns. Do not overfill as this can cause the hot water bottle to burst. Fill the hot water bottle slowly to two-thirds full, holding it vertically at the spout to prevent water from spilling out. Allow the residual air to escape slowly until the water is flush with the spout, then hand tighten the screw closure firmly enough and check for leaks. Finally, make sure that the filling funnel is empty. Avoid contact with hot, sharp or pointed surfaces as well as oil, grease and sunlight. Do not place any objects on the hot water bottle. Under no circumstances should you use the hot water bottle as a pillow or sit on it. After use, keep the hot water bottle completely emptied, with the cap removed, in a cool, dry place and away from light. Do not place anything on the hot water bottle during storage.

Read the label carefully before use.

Never heat the hot water bottle in the microwave.

Do not put the hot water bottle in direct and prolonged contact with the skin to avoid any risk of burning.

Use a suitable hot water bottle cover.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of:

Febrile diseases, inflammations, reduced nerve sensitivity/temperature sensitivity disorder, extensive skin lesions or conditions, chronic venous insufficiency, diabetes.

Do not use in children under 24 months of age.
